Jokulsarlon Lagoon
Jokulsarlon Lagoon by Annabelle Breakey
Jokulsarlon Lagoon, Iceland. There is nothing more impressive than seeing nature unfold in a glacier world. Iceland has many and the thought of global warming, and they disappearing, makes witnessing them all the more special. When the edge of a glacier 'calves' due to changes of seasons, or something else, it is magnificent. Large chunks of ice separate from the main ice flow and like a magnet are drawn toward the sea. This lagoon in Iceland is a very special place that these glacier calves are created, collected, melt enough to pass through a small channel to become moored on Diamond Beach and beyond. Truly spectacular.
100% of the proceeds for every print sold goes to charity.
Every purchase of fine art photography is printed to order using archival papers and inks.
